Submit a deletion request
Send the request from the same Google email address you use to sign in to Map Diary. Use the button below and include “Map Diary account deletion” in the subject.
If the button does not open your email app, send the request manually to splitease.support@gmail.com.
What will be deleted
- Your Map Diary Firebase Authentication account.
- Your pending team-group join requests and membership profile data.
- Cloud group data you own, subject to verification and group-member protection.
- Your private Map Diary Drive backup when deletion access is available or after you delete it in the app.
Data stored only on your phone
Locations stored only on your phone are not accessible to Map Diary support. Delete individual locations in the app, clear the app’s storage in Android settings, or uninstall Map Diary to remove that local data.
Delete the Drive backup immediately
- Open Map Diary and sign in with the correct Google account.
- Open the menu.
- Tap Delete Drive backup and confirm.
Processing time: Requests are normally completed within 30 days after we verify that the request came from the account owner. Limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
